1-1 has been heavily edited and is nearing a final version.
1-2 has finally been edited and added. It remains no more than a sketch and many revisions remain to be made.
0-2 has been revised and expanded piecemeal over the past year. It has now had all of its provisional edits put "in ink" and can be considered final.
